Each vacation rental clean-out is different depending on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, number of sleeps and type of beds (bunk beds are hard   accessible), and square footage so we cannot give an accurate price without visiting your rental property.

​​​When rental season is over and your vacation property is not occupied. Some concerns may be windows left open, leaks or hard water stains in the toilets.  Let us at The Professional Cleaner Help.

​-Twice Month Property Checks

​-Checking the Outside perimeter of the property for damages or leaks.

-Inside Property, flush all toilets drop sanitizing tablets to help prevent hard water stains and freshens.

​-Check for Leaking faucets or pipes (that are visible)

​-Make sure all windows and doors are locked.

​-Check thermostat settings
